It is a service that allows your company to use the Wefoundr address as a commercial and/or fiscal address, without needing to maintain a physical structure at the location. You sign up online, receive the documentation instantly, and start using the address within the limits of your chosen plan.
The Commercial Address is used for company promotion, client communications, institutional materials, website and social media. The Fiscal Address is used in formal company records, such as CNPJ registration or updates and registrations with public agencies.
Not necessarily at first. You can start the contracting process with personal data on a provisional basis, but you will need to later update your registration with the legal entity's data that will use the address, including CNPJ and company name.
You can receive predominantly documentary correspondence and up to 2 packages per month, within the service's operational limits. Packages cannot exceed 5 kg, 150 cm in size, or 0.4 m³ in volume.
Yes. The commercial address can be used for company promotion, which naturally includes its use on platforms such as Google Business Profile.
There is no grace period. With the Monthly plan you can cancel anytime; with the Annual plan the minimum term is 12 months. After signing up, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, as long as you have not used the address in any registration.
Cancellation can be requested at any time through our official support channels. With the Monthly plan, the request stops the automatic recurring charge, and your access remains valid until the end of the cycle already paid. With the Annual plan, the request prevents renewal at the end of the 12 months already contracted. There is no termination fee, but there is also no proportional refund of amounts already paid. After termination, you are required to remove the Wefoundr address from all your public and private records (Federal Revenue Service, commercial registries, institutional materials, etc.) within 60 days.
On the MEI plan: address use declaration and proof of address. On the Companies plan: these same documents plus IPTU, Operating License and AVCB for verification with public agencies and financial institutions.
The Virtual Office service does not include continuous in-person client service. To receive clients or hold meetings at the space, you can use the daily pass credits included in your plan or book our meeting rooms.
